Producers – Non Resident: $20.00 for Designation for Service of Process
Agencies Producer (all license types) – Non-Resident: $20.00 for Designation for Service of Process plus $20.00 Review of Paperwork Fee.
Agencies Producer (all license types) – Resident: Review of Articles $20.00
Notice - The expiration date of the license will pro-rate or short-rate to renew biennially on the last day of the licensee’s birth month. This adjustment will also impact the fee
charged for the license and the compliance cycle for all renewal requirements. No exceptions will be made for this adjustment.
**Additional Requirements: Bond and/or Errors & Omissions Policy may be required for this type of license.
Reinstate Fees: A double renewal fee will be charged to reinstate an expired license (available for 1 year after the expiration date)
